Our beginning

 

Juanita "Mama" had 8 children. She always managed to have dessert with every meal. Mama created and tweaked an assortment of recipes throughout the years for her extended family and friends. One can say "Essence is our recipe." Mama only used the finest ingredients.



"Mama's Delight" is our signature dessert. We can not disclose our special recipe but it is a bread cake that contains sour cream and cheese. Sweet! There are two distinctive tastes to this recipe. Room temperature has a moist and delectable flavor, almost like a pound cake. The second, while refrigerated, has a cheesecake texture and flavor. Our preference is room temperature but you decide. Your taste palates will love them both!



These will be the most delightful, moist and mouth-watering desserts you will enjoy in a long time. It is our distinct pleasure to share these heavenly creations with you.
